At Hanna’s close we have always put our guests first. From our first contact to final farewell we have gone the extra mile.
The cottages have always been maintained and cleaned to an exceptionally high standard. In accordance with government guidelines we have put in place new strategies.
On Booking – please read our Terms and conditions which are found on line.
- Customer information for arrival procedures will be emailed
prior to arrival .
- all payments to be made before arrival
On arrival – Our normal “Meet and Greet” procedures have had to be
amended due to Covid 19
- Social distancing to be adhered to by guests and staff.
- You can contact us anytime
- Our communal dryer shed is disinfected daily and please use hand sanitizer on entry and leaving.
- If entering office please use hand sanitizer
- Extra leaning products eg. Disinfectants will be left in cottage for your use.
- Our BBQ will be cleaned after each time
- Bin enclosure, only one person at any one time and after use please wash your hands.
- Bin lids and handles disinfected daily
On departure – Leave cottage clean and tidy
- Bed linen and towels to be put in separate laundry bags which can be left in the bedrooms for collection.
- Place all rubbish in the bins in the enclosure at car park
All of our cleaning and sanitizing products have been purchased from Anachem and meets current government and WHO guidelines.
If during your stay you display symptoms of Covid 19 government guidelines will be followed.
We at Hanna’s Close hope that these new measures offer reassurance of a safe, relaxing and enjoyable holiday in the heart of the Mournes.

Our cottages are beneath the majestic Mourne Mountains allowing you to walk from the door and be top of the world a few hours later.
Hanna’s Close has seven traditional cottages from one to three bedrooms, all teeming with traditional features. From stone walls to feature fire
places, holidaying in history is an immediate reality. Five cottages are located in the Close. The Carthouse, The Barn and The Stables are one bedroom cottages. Two Bedroom Cottages include William John’s and George’s. Not in the Close, but a short distance
away is Murphy’s (two bedroom) and Callaghan’s (three bedroom)
