There are seven cottages in Hanna’s Close and three a short distance away. The map below shows you the situation of each cottage within the Close. A very short stroll down from the cottages brings you to Kilkeel river where you have a number of picnic benches and fishing spots.

My wife and i stayed at Hanna’s Close for 4 days over Christmas with our not so small dog and were absolutely amazed at the outstanding beauty off the surrounding area. We had the pleasure
of staying in the cart house . A beautiful little 1 bed cottage with an amazing open fire. The cottage is so well equipped with everything and i mean everything all you’ll require is your food and some cloths . On our stay we met Lily and Linda . 2 staff members
who could not do enough for us and were so pleasant and helpful. Kilkeel town centre is only about a mile and a half away for all your needs and the Mourne mountains are on your doorstep for endless hours off adventure. Couldn’t be happier we found this wee
spot and will definitely be back asap.
